"Wrench," A gruff voice asked under a gas mask as a metal arm extended to the black haired male next to him who grabbed the wrench and handed it to the other man before crouching next to him.
“Do you have to wear that mask, Dean?” He asked with a huff, “I can breath just fine,”
"Well," He began tightening the bolts onto the machine he was working on. "If you want me to die Castiel, I’ll be more than glad to take off the mask,"
"Nevermind…" Castiel muttered as he watched Dean work on the air purifier with curiosity.
"Plus," The older added, "I’m human and you’re a robot that I made so, of course the horrible air quality out there doesn’t affect you," The blonde closed the panel and huffed before flicking on the switch. The machine whirred to life and Castiel knew there was probably a pleased smile between the mask.
“Now can you?” He asked impatiently. Two hands made with synthetic skin moved up to the gas mask and pulled it off revealing the others face complimented with deep green eyes staring back into his blue ones, a smile gracing those Cupid bow lips and freckles that dotted his whole face along with beads of sweat. Those lips that Castiel found so beautiful parted, letting in the newly purified air into his lungs tucked into the other’s chest.
"Ah, so glad I got that done, now I can breathe in my own house," Dean laughed wrapping his arms around Castiel, careful that his metal arm didn’t scratch the other’s fake skin. The shorter male smiled, letting his hands rest on Dean’s chest. They stayed there for a moment reveling in each other’s presence. Castiel had asked Dean several times why he had created him and the answer would be the same, ‘A-BOTs7’ was just too expensive. Which Castiel could understand, they were robot companions designed to look like angels and one was never the same as the other. All were different, personalities, appearance, size and age. Sam had jokingly said that Dean just wanted a slave to do his bidding since he barely did anything for himself which made Dean swat at him and Castiel laugh. "What?" The angel snapped out of stupor, looking at Dean who had amused smile on his face causing the ends of his eyes to crinkle. "You dozed off there, Cas,"
"Well I am waiting for you to kiss me, Dean," He retorted causing Dean to snort.
"Sassy as always," The blonde chuckled leaning in and kissing him softly. Their lips met, artificial and skin, the robot felt his ticking heart speed up and his face flush. He didn’t know how Dean could manage to even put senses into his programming, the other had explained it before however his words got lost in translation once they got into the basic mechanics. Dean pulled him closer with a moan, his metal hand pressing against the dip of the other males back. They pulled apart for a second, letting Dean breathe for a moment. Castiel brushed his fingers against the smooth curve of the human’s freckled cheeks, smiling softly as he saw it flush under his fingertips. Slowly he leaned up once again and captured Dean’s lips, his arms wrapping around his neck. "Dammit Cas," His creator breathed out once they parted once again. The blue eyed male smiled cheekily as he drew small circles in the metal arm that stopped up to Dean’s shoulder. It was the only part that was the same about them, they were part machine though Dean’s is outwards while his own are inwards with cogs, gears and sprockets. The green eyed male had accidentally bumped into Lilith, the ‘princess’ of New Haven, and her father, Alastair, did not take that too kindly and lopped off his arm. Castiel hummed happily as he laid his head on Dean’s chest, feeling the soft thudding of a real heart against his cheek. It was his favorite pastime to listen to a real living human heart rather than his ticking clock one. "Hey, you can’t just kiss me like you’re a hungry wolf and not let me ravish you…" He muttered.
"Yes I can, and I did," The robot clicked his tongue with a smirk as he looked up, "So impatient,"
"Says you, Mr. Now-Can-You?" The green eyes of the taller male sparkled as he pecked his lips once more. "Let’s go to bed, early start tomorrow," Dean leaned down before picking up the robot who yelped at the suddenness, a blush burning his cheeks when the human laughed.
"Assbutt," He muttered as the other carried him to the bedroom, and dropped him on the bed with a slight ‘oof’ before joining the other on the freshly made bed. Dean burrowed into the covers and pulled the other close to him, nuzzling his nose against Castiel’s neck after the blanket was covering both of them. "I thought you wanted to ravish me?" He said teasingly, running his fingers through the sweat matted blonde hair as he felt Dean move and place soft kisses against his collarbone.
"Mm, maybe later," He chuckled letting his real hand ghost up and down the robot’s side. Castiel shivered under the touch making Dean smile against the artificial skin on his neck.
"That sounds good…" He smiled, pressing his lips against the other’s temple. "I love you…" The robot whispered.
"I know," Was Dean’s sleepy response but Castiel knew that it was the other’s way of saying ‘I love you too’ without having to say the actual words. He smiled brightly as he drifted off to sleep lulled by his creator’s own snores.
